EUCAM, a joint initiative of the Fundacion para las Relaciones Internacionales y el Dialogo Exterior (FRIDE), Madrid, and the Centre for European Policy Studies (CEPS), Brussels, was launched in October 2008 and is set to run until March 2010.

FRIDE is a think tank based in Madrid that aims to provide original and innovative thinking on Europe's role in the international arena.
